Heirloom Wheat Local Sourdough Boule - $12
Small-batch and hand-made with local heirloom Miller Dohrmann Turkey Red Wheat and our proprietary sourdough levain started from apples picked by hand at the same farm.
These large boules have a crackling hearty crust, complex flavor, and robust texture perfect for casual or fine dining.
Shokupan - Milkbread - $10
This geometric loaf has a light crust, delicate off-sweet flavor, and fluffy texture great for French toast, grilled cheese, or anywhere you would use a grown-up white bread.
